Construction of a new private house in the rolling Oxfordshire hills,replacing an old farmhouse in a secluded setting.

We were tasked with sourcinga very unique grade of hickory floor, which entailed going to the UnitedStates, liaising and coordinating with our supply chain partners theninstalling within the house, to a complex grid system, in order to achieveleading architect Richard Meier's vision for their only UK project.

We have carried out plannedand reactive maintenance on the property since completion.
